Hearty sim from the city, Rosie Kaler, decided to move back to her roots and buy this house on White Dove Lane in the country. The house was advertised on the internet as a French house. When Rosie got there, she found that the house was missing the blue shutters as seen in the picture. Sim builders promised to add the shutters but when they didn’t have any in the building materials inventory, they painted the shutters on. Rosie was furious when she found out, but then decided that from a distance she couldn’t really tell, and she saved 100 simoleons per window.
