I only have seen such houses in Bavaria or Fun Parks and I can’t be that realistic, but I’m playing Veronaville for my tests and though there are dozen of houses over there, none are really a starter.
Here is one I don’t know what you would call, but at least a sim can start a life in it without having to sleep on hard ground.
