This is a video tutorial and it is so easy you wouldn’t think it would work but it does! It is recent and done with Paint Shop Pro 7. This is really just super easy! Try it! NOTE: This is also base game if you use the Maxis skin tones! If you don’t want barbie skin, get permission to use someone elses skins or grab them at the sims grave yard here

That’s very true and I should have added that. I know though there is a lot of people still using their programs like I am, so I posted this here for them. I hope it helps. 🙂
