I built a base game, residential version of this house, and then I thought it might make a nice bed and breakfast, but I thought I shouldn’t forever impose on ekrubynaffit, or Lady Angel to convert it to a real hotel, so I started up the old computer with the ep’s and walked on the treadmill while it loaded. I walked a half a mile at 4 miles an hour, but I digress. The “old” house has 3 cozy rooms: a single room with private bath which rents for 357 per night, a double room with private bath which rents for 708 a night, and a single suite with kitchenette which rents for 494 a night. Your sims will have their choice of an outdoor dining restaurant, or homestyle dining which they cook themselves. I did play test this. If you rent the suite with the kitchenette you can have food at your fingertips, and of course there is room service. There is a nice big living room with fireplace and big screen TV and also chess board, oh and bumping stereo. I placed the lot by the beach for a nice view. Take a minibreak!

It’s lovely Anne. It’s reminding me of my recent break in Salisbury too. A very pretty Victorian property. We had to climb to the top floor to get to our room after we’d managed the hill from town!
Wow, it seems ages since you’ve used any packs but it was worth the wait. It’s beautiful, and I love what you’ve done with the patio shade – CFE?
The added benefit of exercise is always a good thing! So glad you got a recent break. Can you build the place you stayed? I’m going to Oceanside, CA next week. When my husband showed me the place he got for us to stay, I cried with joy. I told my son Rob who lives there, “Rob! Your dad put us in the Oceanside Marina Inn and Suites! You know!” And Rob said, “Yeah, that’s where our church puts all the homeless folks who ask for lodging.”
Yes, CFE but I should have used your fabulous umbrella. I used to have it and have now lost it, will have to download.
