This 7-room dorm has definitely seen better days. Converted from an old, abandoned factory almost 20 years ago, it has barely been maintained. From the outside things look just fine, but step through the door! Whew!
It’s just crying out for some tender, loving care, and who knows what potential a rich Sim may see in this building…an hotel perhaps? Or just a modern makeover? Hopefully your Sims won’t be too unhappy here!
Take heart, though, all rooms are en-suite and have a T.V., so it’s not all bad! There’s also a roof terrace that could turn into a luxury entertainment area if you were so inclined. 🙂

Potential is right! The building obviously was built to last and a little paint and perhaps new floors, ok and maybe new bathroom fixtures and counters, is all that’s needed to make this a dorm showcase. (That bathroom really looks like my son’s first apartment in Huntington Beach which he shared with Nate and Barrett!) Actually I think the students in this dorm are so focused on their studies, that they don’t have time to clean. Right?
