Updated version of my Sim Town Student Dorms. This is made with all packs and has been extensively refurbished and even has an extra floor!

There’s an outside pavilion with small bathroom, and at the back, the top floor bedrooms have balconies for outdoor socialising.

Most of the bedrooms are en-suite, but for the ones that aren’t, there are plenty of bathrooms.
