30 years ago, a charitable fellow decided to build a home for himself and his new bride. Alas, after 20 years tragedy befell them and the young man was left a widow. Not wanting to hold on to the house with such painful memories, he donated it to the Sim Town University as a student residence.

However, leaving no money for it’s upkeep, the students ran the house into the ground and it was left to fall into ruin. Although spacious, with many of the bedrooms en-suite, it’s in need of some tender loving care to bring it back to the charming, old Mansion it once was.
