Picture a pristine lake in Alaska, and in the middle of the lake is a small island with sandy beaches, meadows, and pine laced hills. That’s what I had in mind while working on this neighborhood. At the highest point, Summit Peak, there are 5 luxury homes, some furnished, some unfurnished, and a neighborhood park. At the bottom of the hill there is a campground and stables, a public beach and a beach lodge with rooms ranging from 588 to 1100 a night, very family friendly. Along the edge of the lake there are 9 lake houses, a bed and breakfast, and tourist cabins. Going inland you will find 7 starter homes and a trailer park which can be converted to cheap apartments and a neighborhood school. The commercial area includes a shopping center, bar and grill, a church, and a park.

I would really love to get feedback on this neighborhood such as: Does it show up in your game? Did the cc show up? Any other comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

There are no sims nor have there ever been in the file I uploaded. I tested the lots in a copy of the neighborhood. All the best Sim lovers!
