An ostentatious Sim, Jason Winsted, demanded that I build him this giant mansion. He wanted it to be very showy, but with a non-nouveau riche look about it, and with lots of room to entertain and impress the many friends he plans to cultivate in the base game Isla Segunda neighborhood. (He doesn’t realize that base game is really the lowest level of Sims play, and he’s part of that, but I don’t have the heart to tell him.) This luxurious, opulent home, so named because the outside walls are all marbelicious masonry, has 3 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom on the second floor, and formal living, dining, family room, and sitting room along with guest half bath on the first floor. Family room opens onto an oversized covered patio overlooking a sparkling pool. There is also a two car garage which is really for looks although Jason thinks he’s getting a sports car. You should be able to place a driveway and garage doors with the right ep. I hope you have a Sim with money aspiration who will be delighted with this magnificent, classic mansion. Jason Winsted said be sure and use lots of impressive adjectives when describing his home.
