Isla Desierta is where the beauty of the desert meets the beauty of the ocean. The small island, a new SC4 terrain, has highway from end to end with many beach front lots. Your sims will have shopping, night spots, a small hotel, a swim club, and an apartment complex, all built in desert adobe style. The island also boasts a national park with hiking trails and lake. The locals and Paul Michaels, a new sim in town, will welcome you happily. Numerous furnished and unfurnished houses are available. The neighborhood has a small amount of cc, namely my modern picture window and half shutters. Hopefully you will enjoy this base game island and customize it for your sims with your expansion packs. As this is my first neighborhood, I would love to get feedback!

Wow Anne amazing work!!! so much time effort and love gone into this!! May I just suggest that it needs instructions included on how to install as alot of people dont know that needs to go in other folders and not downloads 🙂
