Hank Hoffle was lovely as a young man, until the woman he loved flat out refused him and married his best friend! He ended up getting a fairly large inheiritence and bought himself a lovely old trappers hut. Overtime as Hank grew more and more bitter the hut fell into complete decay as did Hank.
He had turned into a nasty old man who never showered and kept his house in the most revolting condition. the parents of naughty children would say if they didnt behave then old Hermit Hank would get them!!
Hank has since passed away from the fly epidemic and he was buried close to the out house so both smells can linger together!
The hut as been put up for sale in the hope some brave soul will take it on and deal with it and the filth, grub and grime. Be prepared to deal with the sour old Ghost of Hermit Hank Hoffle as you try to clean up his mess!
Hanks Hut is fairly straight forward pretty much consists of one room that houses his bed kitchen and longe and a small bathroom, out house round the back.
Will cost 45,077 because the more dirt there is the more expensive it will be!!

I LOVE this!!! I adore these ramshackle lots, the filthier the better! It looks fantastic, easily one of my favourites so far!
Its one of my faves to Angel, which is why it made the cut to come here lol! And they are so fun to build, and I know it sounds evil, but it was also really fun to pop old Hank in there and grot him up and watch him stamp those wee Sim feet and whinge at me, all the while not being able to do anything about it ba hahahahahahaha (evil laugh!)
