Oh golly that bedroom upstairs is small lol. Downstairs is surprisingly spacious though, although I guess you didn’t have the bathroom down there takin up space. Looks really good and love what you did outside with the greenhouse and courtyard. 🙂

I love it! It’s a house I would download for one of my sims. Great job on how you made it look like it has more room than it does. I love the choice of furniture too! 🙂

I have added mine here so I don’t double post. MTS is really strict about that. It took me all night and part of this morning to get this done. I hope all of you like it. My photo’s are hosted elsewhere. 🙂 Stairs are in the house but they are like a small elevator made by Targus on MTS. You can see them in the living room and they go to the nursery. With so little space, this was smarter than huge stairs. 😉

I have ton’s more but, hope this is more than enough. 🙂

Lucia, that is absolutely gorgeous! You have made the house look so much larger than it is, and your landscaping is beautiful! Love it!

I decided to turn this tiny wee gem into a beach lot – except it wouldnt extend down to the ocean on a proper beach lot, so found a backdrop and improvised! So I bring you….

Lucia: Love what you have done with it and it looks so nice and peaceful. Although the pool area isn’t consistent with matching furniture but the rest of the areas do. I also really like what you did with the mini balcony type thing hanging over the front door (well only door I guess) haha. Great work!

Tiff: So nice and you have used so much custom content lol!! This must have taken a while haha. The backdrop certainly makes it feel a bit more busy but it’s still nice. And also a great use of the blues without making it feel baby-like. Well done 🙂

Thanks for the lovely feedback you guys. Angela the bakdrop is from Oh Behaves Junk Trunk https://ohbehave007.blogspot.co.nz/2012/07/scenic-back-drop-requested-by.html. When I first started this my chant was ‘I will not use cc, I will not use cc’ then it became ‘I will not use much cc, I will not use much cc’, then there was no chant just ‘need to find this!!’ This one didnt take long Cam just a day, to be honest would have taken longer if it was cc free lol!
