Tremayne, I love the cosy colour scheme of your cottage-esque home. I noticed that your chessboard stands out from the light wood furniture though. If you’re interested, here is a link to a great set of wood recolors for the base game chessboard, piano, and easel. There is a great light wood one that will match just a little better.

OOo! Thank you! I just snagged it and need to add it in game. 😀

Tremayne, I enjoyed the slide show. It’s so much fun to see how everyone redoes that tiny tudor. Your interpretation is lovely! I like the natural stone exterior and the country cottage interior.

:dft001: Thank you. Sims is so much fun to play with the houses sometimes as well as playing with the families. 😀

I too like the cottagey feel that you’ve given to this house. The window seat is lovely. 🙂

The window seats are from Moune999’s Nook Living Set on MTS.

Yes, I noticed those window seats, too. They’re lovely, I may download and use those myself! Thanks for the link. 🙂

Hey guys, finally I have finished doing this challenge. Unfortunately I haven’t had much time to work on it but I have done the best I can with the time I had. I have also only just built up my custom content collection over the last few weeks but I am somewhat happy with the result and I hope you like it too. 🙂
I think I took all the screen captures required. Anyway that’s it 🙂

This is absolutely gorgeous! There’s so much I like about this, but the entrance porch really stands out! You have some lovely cc in this, where’s it from, I want! 🙂

I second LadyAngel’s post. Very lovely home, and some really nice custom content I’ve never seen! My favorite is your backyard- the furniture and pool look really nice against the gray stone.

I think that’s it but I found a backup of a downloads folder from my old laptop which may have some content from other websites. I don’t mind using custom content but find it a pain to read through policies etc. and it takes me forever to decide what matches and what I should use.
If there is anything in particular you like I can possibly try and find out where I obtained it from for you 🙂

I think I third it! Wow! It’s absolutely AMAZING! I really like the room dividers that you’ve used and that candle/light by the dining table. This was so well worth waiting for TDS.
