I just came across this picture of a home and thought it was lovely and might be a fun task for someone who loves building. If you feel inspired by this suburban mini-manor, maybe you could give it a try.
This is the only picture there is, so this would allow the builder to create much of the lot however they’d like. It also seems to be the back of the house so, again, there’s a lot of room for imagination and creativity.
For *Sims 2* please. I have all EPs and SPs and feel free to use any CC when building. I would prefer it completely or mostly unfurnished, but if there’s any style or furnishings which you really think would fit a room, feel free to include them if you want. I’d also prefer if it wasn’t on too big of a lot – 3 squares wide (that is, along the street) is perfect, 4 at most. Any length is fine.
Three bedrooms at least would be perfect. Other than that, it’s really up to the builder what they want to make of it and how to divide the inside into rooms.

I could perhaps give this one a go. I wouldn’t be able to start it until next week though. It might be a bit difficult but I do like a challenge.

There’s no hurry. As long as you enjoy it, take all the time you want.

I must ask though, is this for sims 2 or 3?

I’ve tried to and I am trying to install one or two of the expansion packs. They are cracked versions though. Didn’t want to buy it if I wasn’t going to use it. There are just a few Issues I am having though. What version of the base game do you have? I tried updating it but then the crack will no longer work.

Expansion packs will usually only work correctly if your base game is updated. I’ve had difficulty installing EP’s on the base game. Why don’t you un-install all EP’s and just try using the base game?

I have reinstalled just base game, and played on it but it is not up to date which might cause issues if people download (probably not though). I do like the fact you can easily put furniture at all angles without issues. I really wanted some of the build functions from other EPs but I might have to live without.

I think it’s okay to build just using the base game not updated. I think problems can occur if, say, I was to build a house with the latest update, then you tried to install it on yours. I’m not sure mind, but I have heard there can be issues. So I think you’ll be fine to build. 🙂
