Do I HAVE to add requests to the Requests board if I want something making?

Not necessarily. We have added a new profile field for our members: ‘Will accept PM’s for creation requests’. If a member’s profile shows ‘No’, then you shouldn’t contact them for a custom creation. You can find this option by clicking on a member’s username to visit their profile, then by selecting the ‘Policy’ tab. The ‘Sims’ tab will also show you if they have the skills they need to fulfil your request.

Any publicly asked requests should be added to the requests board. We will move all such posts there for easier viewing.

Please post all support requests in the forums if at all possible
