Because of the amount of spammers joining and posting rubbish in our blogs, we have introduced a new registration system. As from today, all new members who join will be placed in the ‘New Members’ usergroup with severely restricted access. They will need to input captcha codes before posting or searching in the forums, and will not be allowed their own blog.
After the new member has shown themselves to be trustworthy, they will then be moved into the normal ‘Registered Users’ usergroup with normal activities allowed. However, all posts with 3 or more links contained in them will still have to be moderated, so if you have made a post that needs to be checked by a moderator, please feel free to contact me via PM as I may not receive any notification.
Also, inactive members will be deleted on a regular basis. If a member has not logged into the site for a year or more, their membership will be terminated. This will save our space and bandwidth, particularly when sending out mailings, which, around 50% of the time, bounce back to us, which causes havoc on our server!
I can only apologise for this necessity, but because of the detested spammers that ruin decent forums with their greed and filth, this action is unavoidable. I can’t spend hours every day deleting trash from this site when it should be enjoyed. Sorry to my decent members, but I hope you understand.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Please post all support requests in the forums if at all possible

Thanks donna 🙂 I often wonder just how brave these virus creators would be if we knew who they were!
