Apri 2013 – Part 1

Welcome to our April challenge, part 1. This another house design challenge with floorplan that you can find here.. This is the challenge:

• Lot must be residential.
• Sims 2 or Sims 3 may be used
• Any expansion and/or stuff packs and custom content can be used.
• Any and all cheats can be used.
• You don’t need to provide the item as a download (in our downloads section only), but you can if you wish, as long as you follow our uploading rules and provide links to the custom content you use.
• Landscaping can be whatever you want, with fencing if you wish.
• Required images are front and back views and each room in the house. If you can’t manage to take a screenshot of the bathroom you can leave it out, but we have some screenshot tutorials that may help:

Note that this is a challenge, it isn’t a competition with prizes, and we won’t be picking an overall winner. Simply reply to this post with your pictures. Heres my entry, be warned theres a picture spam as I wanted to get views from all angles! And yes, it is stuffed with cc, and no I wont be uploading as its STUFFED with cc!!

Outside

Lounge (the rug is meant to have ablack pattern, to match the walls, but came out blue in the pics!)

Dining Room and Kitchen

Laundry (added an outside door leading to washing line, as there was the option for garage but decided on a washing line instead!)

Child and Toddlers room (both boys)

A boring bathroom

Teenage Girl Room

Master Bedroom and Ensuite

Attic

And thats it! Loved this house plan Angela, had such a nice flow to it! Great pick!

As I go through images of a lot, I make a mental note of the things I particularly like and want to comment on…I couldn’t do that with this as there isn’t one thing I like above anything else. Inside and outside are perfection, and I love the CC you’ve used throughout. It’s a wonder your game didn’t lag with all you’ve used! 🙂
