In the Croydon district of London (I’ve been researching!) your sims may find a flat to rent in this modern building. The architects had kids in mind when they made a green belt park in the back instead of parking. (I made that up, not based on research) They are hoping that the tenants will use public transportation although there is no bus stop handy.
