The rooms upstairs are all good sizes, so this house could probably be refurbished to take an extra bedroom or two. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite half-bathroom off the side of it, and the other big bedroom is currently being used as a recreation room. Great for when your Sims have their friends over!

Yes, I’ve just purchased a new computer that can now run The Sims 3. It’s not perfect but it plays a whole lot better than my laptop.
There’s no custom content in this download as I’m in the process of installing all of my packs on the new computer and haven’t got around to downloading any cc for it as yet. Not sure what you call the flooring though, sorry!
