Sim builders have recently acquired several tracts of land in Alpinloch, a rural, unpopulated region of Sim World (at least in my game!) This region has numerous roads with great potential, although most of the lots aren’t level. Chalet Virginia is a large family home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, living room, play room, open concept kitchen and dining, walk-out basement, and kid friendly backyard with pool and swings. Private master suite is on the second floor, with kids’ rooms in the basement, not great in the real world, but perfectly fine in Sim world! If your sims need a great place to have a big family, this is it!
