Aquatic Modern is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath modern home for sims who like to watch fish or other sims swimming.
It is base game and cc free. You make see a white bookcase in the floor plan picture, but it is not included in the download. I hope that the driveway is situated so that a real driveway could be placed there with a real garage door for people with the right ep.
I was thinking of moving in a sim named Eric Schwimmer, or if it’s a woman, Sirena Nadador. Hopefully you will have aquatic sims who will enjoy all the blues and greens!
