[countdown=01/31/2013 12:00 AM;Challenge has now ended.]Challenge end time:[/countdown]
PLEASE READ OUR ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE YOU POST TO SEE HOW TO ADD YOUR IMAGES
This is the challenge for January:
- Download the base plan to your own game.
- Your lot can be residential, an hotel, apartment complex, community lot or dorm.
- The floor plan cannot be altered in any way. i.e. no walls can be added, moved or removed to alter the shape of the lot.
- You can add up to 2 more floors and as much or as little roofing as you want, as long as the shape of the building remains the same throughout.
- The inside of the building can be configured as you wish.
- Landscaping is a free-for-all – you can add garages, fencing, outhouses etc.
- Any expansion and/or stuff packs and custom content can be used.
- Only Sims 2 can be used.
- You don’t need to provide the item as a download (in our downloads section only), but you can if you wish, as long as you follow our uploading rules and provide links to the custom content you use. Links to cc are not required for the actual challenge.
- Required images are: birds-eye views of all levels, front and back views and every room inside. If you can’t manage to take a screenshot of the bathroom you can leave it out, but we have some screenshot tutorials that may help:

Note that this is a challenge, it isn’t a competition with prizes, and we won’t be picking an overall winner. Simply reply to this post with your pictures.
Comments regarding each entry are welcome, and feel free to use the ‘Likes’ and ‘Thanks’ buttons at the bottom of each post 🙂
Wishing you all the best!
(P.S. Don’t forget, our members can also post challenges here! Just read our announcement before you post.)

Just letting you know that you’ve included a trashcan and mailbox recolour and something else in the file.
A few questions.. can we add a garage? If so, can it be attached or would that be considered adding walls to the original plan or modifying the shape?

So I did, that’s been fixed now, thanks. You can do absolutely anything you want with the inside and outside as long as you don’t alter the shape of the actual building. 🙂

Restaurant (and Kitchen)
Lounge Area
Gift Shop
Wedding/Party Venue
Large Pool and Spa
Wildlife Garden
Roof Terrace with Disco and BarSo hold onto your seats we’re on for a ride through the Rosalie Court Hotel!
Front and Back views
Floor Layouts
Foyer and Halls
Restaurant and Kitchen
Bedrooms
Bathrooms, En Suite and Public
Roof Terrace
Wedding Venue
Gardens
I hope you enjoyed your tour of the Rosalie Court Hotel. I will be uploading it as soon as I’ve tweaked it, um added some more public bathrooms 🙂
