        First of all, please check that you have filled in all of the necessary details, especially the security question and the captcha code.

        Your eMail address needs to be unique, as does your username, and you cannot join if you have previously been banned.

        If you are sure you have filled in all of your details correctly and are still having problems, contact us with as much details as possible and we will try to help as soon as we can.

        Please post all support requests in the forums if at all possible

          Please also make sure you have checked your spam/trash folder to see if you’ve missed our confirmation email. If it’s there, you will need to add simfansuk.com to your email whitelist.
