March 2017 – Cosy Community Lot

This month’s challenge is a little different – as we move from winter to spring, it’s time for our Sims to shed their winter coats and get out more. Can you give them a warm, cosy place to visit with their friends?

This is a do-what-you-want challenge for any of the Sims games; to build a small community lot, using whichever expansion packs and custom content that you like.

There’s no need to upload your finished version, but we’d love it if you did! You can post your pictures at the end of this post.

The only rules are that the lot must have at least one bathroom, and the pictures must show the lot in use by your Sims.

If you’re stuck for ideas, ModTheSims has a thread devoted to community lot suggestions, but you may have ideas of your own.
