The Base Game Square Shrub comes in two sizes that I consider insufficient. So I made 2 more sizes: one wall tall, the other ground low like grass.
That is all I can think for explanation. The ground low shrub is passable, that is, sims can walk on it.
I stablished § 1 for price so that it is the first item in the catalog.
