        Okay Sim Fans,

        This challenge is to create a house using the attached foundation. The foundation is base game, so should be able to be installed with any packs. The only rule is that you MUST stick to the shape of the foundation, everything else is up to you. The house can be in any style, with as many floors as you want, but it must either be residential, dorms, an hotel or apartments, not a community lot.

        The building can be renamed to whatever you want.

        Required Images:

        Floor plan views of each floor
        Front and back views from street level
        Pictures of each room in the house. If you can’t manage to take a screenshot of the bathrooms you can leave them out.

        Note that this is a challenge, it isn’t a competition with prizes, and we won’t be picking an overall winner. Simply reply to this post with your pictures. Comments regarding each entry are welcome, and feel free to use the ‘Likes’ and ‘Thanks’ buttons at the bottom of each post :01: Wishing you all the best! (P.S.           I love foundation challenges! I call my resulting lot Ocean Cliff. I placed it at the very edge of a slope in my Oceancrest hood (https://www.simfansuk.com/sims/downloads/neighbourhoods-maps-19/oceancrest-2287/) to give the cliff feel. I was trying for a kind of wild, untended landscaping to go with a somewhat weathered exterior. But inside I went all out with my cheesy Persian carpets which add tons of cc to your download folder, but I love them and can’t resist using them. There’s always Sims2CleanInstaller! The house has a big formal lounge with baby grand piano, two sitting areas or parlors, large kitchen with a little table for breakfast, formal dining for entertaining, and green lawn in the back with picnic table.
