Okay Sim Fans,

This challenge is to create the above house as far as you possibly can. As long as the house style is as above, you can do what you like with the inside and the landscaping. Use any packs or cc that you like. 🙂 The house can be created using The Sims 2, 3 or 4.

Required Images:

Floor plan views of each floor
Front and back views from street level
Pictures of each room in the house. If you can’t manage to take a screenshot of the bathrooms you can leave them out, but we have some screenshot tutorials that may help.

Note that this is a challenge, it isn’t a competition with prizes, and we won’t be picking an overall winner. Simply reply to this post with your pictures. Comments regarding each entry are welcome, and feel free to use the ‘Likes’ and ‘Thanks’ buttons at the bottom of each post :01: Wishing you all the best! (P.S. Okay, this is far from perfect, but here is my attempt at this modern house. The garage is fake and is being used as a kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is being used as a games room.

Well, I think it’s a near perfect likeness! I like the way you made the floor plan just by looking at the outside. It’s fun and playable for Sims.

Here is my version of the March Challenge, modern house in the snow. The outside is rather austere with its cement walls and straight lines, but inside I have used cozy touches, especially Chi’s pale yellow tiles with flowers.

Anne, that’s lovely! I really like what you’ve done to the back of the house, and your unique decorating touch really makes the inside spark. Love it!
