This house is a “his and her” duplex located across a narrow little street from the ocean.

Okay, I’ve had a go. I haven’t changed anything at all inside, there was no need. It looks really good in game! All I’ve done is add some recreational extras such as a pool table, dart board, chess board and something to eat for when the tenants have their friends over.
The only expansion pack I’ve used is Apartment Life.
