This is a 2-bedroom modern house that I created for our March 2015 challenge. It has a fake garage that is being used as a kitchen, and I’ve used minimal cc, so it shouldn’t impact your game too much. 🙂

The fake garage kitchen is really much more useful for Sims than an empty two car garage facing sideways! I really like the style of this house. Some day I’m going to start a whole new neighborhood of just modern lots like this one.
