    1. This is the November challenge house, yes? It’s really interesting to see how it turned out in sims3, with the difficult angles. I think it’s turned out well 🙂

Thanks Karen. It’s much easier to build using angles in the Sims 3, but I’m still not too happy with it, which is why I haven’t posted the pics on the challenge thread. Never mind, I’ll pick an easier one for next month! Lol.

Certainly a fantastic idea to use sims 3 for this one with those angles, however it was a bit of an awkward plan anyway and the layout you were trying to copy wasn’t great to start with lol. But either way it still looks very good.

Thanks Cam. I do have the start of a Sims 2 version on my laptop that I may test for playability. If it’s okay I’ll probably upload it here, but I’ll be very surprised if my Sims can use the stupid kitchen in it! lol

This is a difficult house! You did a great job with it. Why is sims3 so dark? When I try to build, i have to put tons of lights all over the house to even see what I’m doing, and have to leave a grid of the wall open. I’m dissatisfied with sims3. But wait, this is the night before Thanksgiving, I repent. I’m not dissatisfied with sims3 or sims2 base game. I’m truly thankful to have such lovely friends as the ones I’ve made here!

Anne, I’ve discovered that since I installed an EP or 2, it’s not dark when I build any more. That was one of the things I didn’t like and had to add lots of lights as I want, as you said. I didn’t have that problem here so I may build a few more with Sims 3 as it’s so versatile.

I hope you had a nice holiday. 🙂
